THe aga Khan museum presents a pop-up music installation in their museum, featuring guitarist Oliver lovekin and multi-instrumentalist Afraaz mulji.
Fasten your seatbelts for some amazing musical interplay and improvised soundscapes with Musicians Oliver Lovekin and Afraaz Mulji. The two musicians will fuse ambient music, world music, jazz, classical, experimental, and many more styles in a unique fusion of art that matches the equally unique venue of the prestigious and revered Aga Khan Museum. The duo plan to perform with a variety of different instrumental combinations; be it Nylon string guitar and Tabla, guitar and piano, or electric guitar (with effects) and synthesizers+voice.
This Wednesday pop-up is the 1st day of the duo’s pop-up residency at the aga khan museum.
There will be 3 sets of improvised music, lasting approximately 20-30 minutes each;
